Do you want to volunteer in a meaningful way at LHHS while lifting the spirits of teachers and staff? Making a difference today is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Fill out the form (download here) and return it to the Secret Pal Box in the office or mail it to us by September 10, 2009.

2. You will be assigned an LHHS teacher of staff member and receive information about their favorite foods, hobbies, etc. and

3.Deliver a surprise for your secret pal to the attendance office about once per six weeks. (Beginning in October.) Office workers will deliver the gift to your pal. Mark clearly who the gift is for and package it attractively, but DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR IDENTITY. The gift does not need to be expensive, just a small something to say you are thinking of them and appreciate what they do at LHHS.

Teachers and staff will let us know their birthdays and 'favorites,' so you will have some good ideas for gifts. Baked goods, items for the classroom, picture frames, holiday-themed goodies, small plants, and notes of appreciation are always well received.

We have over 160 teachers and staff, so we need YOUR help to make this program succeed. Your small gift will brighten the day of a teacher and show how much the are appreiciated in LH!
